Who chooses what I make?
We discuss what you would like to learn over the phone. I then put together a list of meals and areas we will cover, and once you are happy, I send you a shopping list of the ingredients you will need to buy before our session.
How far do you travel?
I'm happy to travel anywhere in London and by arrangement within the M25.
Will you coach in small groups?
I mostly do sessions for one or two people, but am happy to discuss the possibility of teaching more if the space allows. This would need to be discussed and the price will increase slightly for each additional person.
What equipment do I need?
You don't need to buy or source anything. We will use whatever you have in your kitchen, together with a few basic utensils that I bring, including knives, and a food processor (if you don't have one). I also am happy to take a look at your kitchen and advise you on anything that might prove helpful in the future.
What happens to the food that we make?
We can make meals for you and your family for the week ahead, or we can easily stock up your freezer if that suits you better. All food is yours to keep and eat.
