My name is Justine Kanter, a professionally trained Cordon Bleu chef. I have always loved being in the kitchen, and from an early age I enjoyed the excitement of watching my mother cook. The kitchen has always been the nerve centre of the house, the place where I love planning, creating, tasting, sharing with friends, and seeing my kids and their friends get excited about food.
I know exactly what it's like to juggle work and family life and I'm a firm believer in taking the stress out of making meals for the family. I created The Kitchen Coach because I wanted to pass on some of the amazing techniques and tricks I've picked up, as well as helping people to become more confident and passionate about cooking really great food.
